The materials for the new collection are found in nature like the sofa in thick, luxurious leather. Alveo Land Unveils a New Tower of Cosmopolitan Living - LERATO

The Lerato has been anticipated to complement the 

dynamic Makati lifestyle with its amenities and retail establishments. 

When Alveo Land first introduced the residential concept of The Lerato at the northern side of the Makati Business District (MCBD North,) it brought with it the ideals of a lifestyle strongly anchored on retail ease and convenience.
