After weeks of
searching, Rexona has now found the two most promising young women who best
embody the Rexona confidence.
The winners of
the Rexona Confidence Project are two former cheerleaders who have been best
friends since their college days. They are Iya Acuña, a 21-year-old headhunter,
and Anya Ong, a 22-year-old producer.
Iya and Anya
have bested almost a hundred other pairs who have submitted their video entries.
The winning pair will star in Rexona’s first online YouTube series, and will
also get the chance to bring home P500,000.
The Rexona
Confidence Women will take part in a fun and exciting 30-day Confidence
Challenge, which will run from July 2 to August 1, 2012. Their daily adventures
will be uploaded everyday to Rexona’s YouTube channel for the public to watch.
To make things
more interesting, celebrities will also take part in the Rexona Confidence Project. Sisters Maxene and Saab Magalona, and Jasmine
Curtis-Smith will participate in some special challenges to spice things up for
Iya and Anya.
More than just
an ordinary campaign, the Rexona Confidence Project aims to inspire young women
to be confident, so that they will embrace life’s exciting possibilities and
make the most out of every day. It also encourages them to take risks and step
out of their comfort zones.
